The course of deep emotional and energetic healingis like diving. You can swim deeper into the water, but after awhile, we need to come up for air. And so the work of healing goes — there are periods of intense effort interspersed with with times of rest. That is, until we realize that we still have the ancestral memory of breathing under water. Then we can stay deep and long in the energy of healing. And then the healing transforms us and true peace is found.
